Appointments

• No extra guest are permitted - No exceptions
• No children are allowed - The salon consist of hot tools & chemicals which can result into a severe injury for young children. Certain exceptions can be made. Please message (954)570-1252 for any serious inquires.
• TFE is not responsible for any lost or damaged items
• TFE is not responsible for any allergic reaction or damage to you or your hair
• I "the client" agree to be 100% responsible for any property stolen or damaged owned or rented by The Faudoas Effect
• I "the client"  must inform TFE of any allergies or medical conditions before my appointment. TFE is not responsible if you have any reaction you may experience due to a product.
• TFE strives to provide the best warm & relaxing services. Please come with good energy. NO Drama

• All Wigs/closures must be dropped off 24-48 hours in advance of your appointment. For same day customization there is a $30 fee. Text (954)570-1252 to schedule drop off time

• All services include a hair wash. This is non-negotiable. Any client who refuses to receive a hair wash will be turned away. No refunds 

• Booking Deposit Policy

  All deposits are 20% of the total service price. Therefore, all deposit amounts may differ due to service prices being different. Your deposit is NON-refundable. This secures your appointment date/time with me and is required to book all services. It will also be applied toward your service. Your deposit can only be transferred ONE time after ONE proper cancellation. No deposit - No appointment.

•  Remaining Balance 

Remaining balances are accepted by exact cash amount or zelle: TheFaudoasEffect@gmail.com. We do not provide change. We do not use cash app nor any other payment platforms for remaining balance.

• Tardiness

  A $15 late fee will be added to your services if you are 10 minutes late. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes late, the appointment is automatically canceled. NO exceptions.

   

• Cancellation Policy

  $50 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel without at least a 24 hour notice. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE AND WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING IN THE FUTURE. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME. 

   

  Covid/Health POLICY

  Please make sure you are WELL & free of ANY symptoms prior to your appointment for the safety and health of us both. If you have traveled please self quarantine and schedule at least 7 days after without symptoms. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. I will communicate when I am ready for you to head in. 
  

• Our suite can be a bit chilly so feel free to bring a jacket

• Please make sure to book the correct service & select all necessary ad-ons 
• We offer merchandise that will be available at your appointment for purchase.

• Any charge back made for any reason will result in a $5,000 lawsuit against you. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms. I have inspected the quality of The Whole Lauda Hair Line and approve the length, texture, color & type agreed at the consultation purchase. I understand that the color matches process does not create an exact match to my natural as natural hair normally has variants of multiples color. The Faudoas effect works to reach 80% or more match. I understand that if am unhappy with the product, there is an additional charge to add/remove color to achieve my preferred look.
